SPK Tree House Charities

Sweet Potato Kids Tree House Charities is dedicated to serving children, families, and underserved communities right here in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Our work focuses on four core areas: education, technology, agricultural learning, and therapeutic family services. We provide therapeutic recreational play for children with special needs and for those whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS or breast cancer. We also offer hands-on parenting training and “child play” sessions for single mothers in low-income households. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our model to support global sustainable development projects—including youth education programs, technological aptitude training, and agricultural learning—once our local foundation is strong and resources allow.

Small Hearts.
Big Hope. Endless Possibilities

The impact of Sweet Potato Kids Tree House Charities is seen in stronger families, healthier children, and more connected communities. By offering therapeutic play and recreational services, we help children coping with serious illnesses or disabilities heal, grow, and simply enjoy being kids. Our parenting programs empower single mothers with practical skills and emotional support, breaking cycles of hardship and fostering lasting parent-child bonds. Every family we serve receives encouragement, leadership, and assistance without regard to gender, race, religion, national origin, or political belief. As we grow, we look forward to bringing this same spirit of inclusion, partnership, and well-being to global projects—advancing quality education, good health, and sustainable development around the world.
